Description :
Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing creative content (videos, photos, and graphic designs) for Facebook and TikTok to boost engagement, brand awareness, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning:
- Develop weekly/monthly content calendars for Facebook and TikTok.
- Research current social media trends to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Content Creation:
- Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) that are creative, trendy, and optimized for platform algorithms.
- Capture and edit photos or graphics for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Write catchy and brand-aligned captions.
- Social Media Management:
- Schedule and post content at optimal times.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze content performance (views, likes, shares, engagement rate).
- Provide monthly reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams on promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers or media partners when needed.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM400.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
