Job scope of a general worker position:
- Responsible for administrative tasks
- Screen incoming phone calls and deal with customers’ enquiries
- Perform data entry and update the database system
- Maintain office supplies and manage office inventory
- Schedule appointments (internal and external) and prepare documents for meetings
- Arrange business trips for company staff
- Following the seniors for work field visit or job assigned
- Gowns and dresses arrangements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 06/01/2024
