We are looking for Customer Experience & Quality Control Evaluators to help assess service quality across retail and service locations.

In this role, you will evaluate real customer experiences by visiting or contacting assigned businesses as a regular customer and completing a structured evaluation report based on clear guidelines.

This role is suitable for individuals who are observant, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing objective feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a structured evaluation form accurately and on time
• Submit reports with honest, factual feedback
• Follow all assignment guidelines and deadlines
