- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails and inquiries
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as incoming bookings and reporting
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management as needed
- Perform end-of-day or night shift reports
- Follow company policies, safety, procedures and confidentiality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
