Jawatan Kosong Site Supervisor in Bentong
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Check for any items left behind by the guest.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and site cleanliness.
- Assist the cleaning/housekeeping team with tasks such as cleaning the property area, toilet, and rooms.
- Re-check the unit's condition after the cleaning is completed.
- Inspect the linen to ensure cleanliness (no stains, etc.) after the unit is ready.
- After resting, ensure staff continue with any remaining tasks.
- Organize and arrange linen, clean the vacuum cleaner.
- Check the stock of soap, cleaning supplies, and other related items.
- Assist in guest-related issues or complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of property, facilities, and public areas to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- With at least 3 years of operational/management experience, having supervisory experience in hospitality, homestay, or hotel will be an advantage.
- Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
