Description :

The Branch & Sales Manager will assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation. Branch manager will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Branch Manager will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Main Responsibilities

1.0 Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.

2.0 Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

3.0 To oversee and supporting Branch in recruiting and training staffs, as well as delegating responsibilities.

4.0 Source, train, coach and develop staff by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.

5.0 Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

6.0 Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

7.0 Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.

8.0 Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

9.0 Prepare and submit sales report and forecast on a timely basis.

10.0 Enforcing safety in Branch, providing ongoing active coaching and enforcement/adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Science/Business;
• Preferable five(5) years' work experience in Sales & Marketing and a minimum two (2) years as a Branch Manager/Head;
• Possessed good communication and interpersonal skills and committed work attitude.
• Able to work independently and travel around Sabah.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
