Job Responsibilities:
- Staff planning and training new staff
- Responsible for setting Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals
- Develop strategies to improve customer service
- Maintaining the overall image of the store
- Inventory Management – Re-ordering stock, Stock take etc..
- Overseeing store daily operations.
Job Requirements: -
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or relevant experienced.
- Preferably with experience in Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in fashion or sports retail industry.
- Attractive remuneration package for Basic, Allowance, Commission and overtime claim.
- Able to work on rotational shift, 5 days per week including Public Holiday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
