JOB VACANCYPOSITION - SALES EXECUTIVELOCATION - KAPAR, KLANGSALARY - RM 4000-5000 Responsible to promote company brand name, products and services to existing customers. Understanding of external factors impacting Customer’s supply Chain and actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires Willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions. In general, actively seek out and act on continuous improvement opportunities both in relation to customers and internal / external stakeholders Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions Ensure accuracy & timeliness details update in the relevant operating system to meet customer’s requirement. Daily, monthly preparation and delivering of sales report Handling of customer enquiries and complaints Explore new market, search and source for new customer or new account. In charge of developing sales plans and strategies for assigned territories and responsible for achieving the sales target. Gain a strong understanding of the company’s product range, plans & directions, to expand business with existing customers and build new customers to capture market share. Build market knowledge in terms of product potential, pricing structure, competitor activities and consumption pattern. Proactively respond to market demands for the company’s products and services, identify opportunities for growth and deliver what the market wants. Manage and build relationship with customers, enable negotiation with regards to product requirements, pricing, distribution, logistics and promotion mechanism. Be responsive to customers’ needs, takes initiative to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customers. Assist finance to ensure timely payment collections from customers. Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by the company’s management.REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must possess at least a Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in sales and marketing or others related field of study or equivalent At least 2 years of sales & marketing working experience preferredEmail resume to [email protected] PEKERJAAN NS SHUE SDN BHD.
