Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Environmental Health, Food Safety, Hospitality, or related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and compliance requirements and related regulations
• Travelling will be required to attend to compliance audit and surveillance.
• Full-Time position.
• Monday - Saturday

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor daily hygiene operations to ensure all areas are maintained in accordance with Company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Supervise, guide, and support hygiene personnel to ensure work is carried out efficiently, including monitoring attendance, performance, discipline, and overall productivity.
• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, duty schedules, and cleaning activities to ensure adequate coverage for all designated areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene consumables while ensuring proper storage, handling, and cost control.
• Conduct routine hygiene inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Company SOPs, food safety requirements, and health & safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain hygiene-related reports, records, inspection checklists, and documentation for operational and audit purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding hygiene support, cleaning arrangements, and operational requirements for events or special activities.
• Ensure all hygiene personnel maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and personal hygiene practices at all times.
• Investigate hygiene-related issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate any major concerns or non-compliance matters to Management promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene standards, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
