Kerja Kosong CIVIL ENGINEER ASSISTANT in Nilai

Description :

• Assist manager in managing the project, site and development.
• To coordinate, monitor and follow up the progress of works of the project by liaising with client, consultant, vendor, sub- contractor and inter- department.
• To perform joint inspection with management representative.
• To coordinate and monitor the production and delivery of materials.
• Attend site visit and preparing technical and financial proposal.
• Attend technical meeting and managing any technical issue at site.
• Monitoring project progress to meet with Client needs.
• Prepare financial proposal (Claim, PNL and Tender Assessment).
• Establish and maintain relationship with the Vendors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have knowledge in earthwork.
• Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels
• Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
• Able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
