Job Summary:

Oversee daily F&B operations, supervise and train staff, and ensure excellent guest service. A hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about hospitality and committed to high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and monitor the F&B team to deliver excellent service and maintain professional standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling feedback, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional hospitality.
• Oversee daily F&B operations, including dining service, bar, and event support.
• Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost control.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain food presentation, hygiene, and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Solid knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and inventory management.
• Ability to handle guest feedback and complaints professionally with a customer-first mindset.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and able to communicate effectively in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required in the hospitality industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
