Jawatan Kosong Assistant Finance Account in Bintulu
Description :
- To assist in processing all invoices submitted to Finance and Account by updating into Administrative Master Listing, preparing the payment application forms and key-in / updating into XERO system
- Assist in documentation (scanning, filling & etc.)
- To assist in aged payable reconciliation
- Assist in prepare bank letter for approval
- Prepare AP listing
- Updates bank record daily
- Upload payments and email bank in slip to respective departments
- Assist in other duties in relation with department's administration and accounts / financial matters as required from time to time
- To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures; and
- To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
