Our client specializes in providing comprehensive financial planning and advisory services. Based in New South Wales (Australia), they focus on helping clients manage investments, retirement planning, and wealth growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare appointment document
- Set up client folder and issuing letters
- Day one tasks for new clients
- Data Entry – time sheet, payments and receipts
- Bank Reconciliation
- Review document and maintaining deadlines – chase other team members to meet deadlines
- Prepare income assessment package
- Maintaining referral ledges
- Assist with monthly webinar
- Prepare and maintaining social media post – Wechat and Red book 小红书
- Other duties
Qualification:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Some level of accounting background is preferable , not necessary with bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Familiar with Chinese social media – Wechat and Red book 小红书
- This role is to assist the rest of team members, must be a team player with good attitude
- Good with Word, Excel
Experience:
- Must have relevant office Admin working experience
- With some accounting or date entry exposure is preferable
Soft Skill:
- Team Player - This role is to assist the rest of team members, must be a team player with good attitude
- Attention to details
- Supervise and assist team member to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
