Jawatan Kosong PROGRAM EXECUTIVE in Shah Alam

Description :

We are an approved training organization by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia, and we are looking for suitable candidates to join our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating the placement and scheduling of trainees in the industry for on-the-job training (OJT), including OJT briefing & visit and logbook review;
• Maintain and update the trainee’s progress database such as personal information and OJT using the ZOHO creator CRM application;
• Ensure the Synchronous Distance Learning (SDL) and physical classes are coordinated and supervised.
• Scheduling the re-training classes for the TAME Program monthly;
• Organizing induction/ briefing and related events for new student intakes;
• Prepare trainee’s ID card for new students;
• Controlling printing/publication of training brochures, posters, and banners for use in promotional events;
• Arranging for education/aviation events including booth setup;
• The staff will assume any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Record Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently
• Computer Literacy
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
