Description :

Maintenance Planning and Execution:

Develop maintenance schedules for electrical systems and machinery within the bakery factory.

Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues as they arise, minimizing downtime.

Electrical System Management:

Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems including wiring, lighting, motors, and control panels.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

Machinery Maintenance:

Manage the maintenance of bakery machinery such as mixers, ovens, proofers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.

Conduct routine inspections and repairs to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.

Spare Parts Inventory:

Maintain an inventory of spare parts and components required for electrical and machinery repairs.

Ensure critical spare parts are available to minimize downtime during equipment failures.

Team Supervision:

Lead a team of maintenance technicians responsible for electrical and machinery maintenance tasks.

Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team performs effectively.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and procedures related to electrical work and machinery operation.

Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

Budget Management:

Manage the maintenance budget for electrical and machinery repairs and replacements.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring equipment reliability.

Continuous Improvement:

Implement initiatives to improve the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems and machinery.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.

Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or electrical failures to minimize production disruptions.

Coordinate with other departments to address urgent maintenance needs.
