Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
- Build partnerships (travel agents, corporate clients, schools, etc.)
- Promote packages, events, and seasonal offers
2. Marketing
- Manage social media, website updates, and online listings
- Run promotional campaigns and track performance
- Create content (photos, videos, guest engagement posts)
3. Front Desk Operations
- Manage guest check-in and check-out
- Handle customer service and on-site inquiries
- Coordinate with operations/housekeeping for room readiness
