Description :
Location: Kota Kinabalu
Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly stock take and involve in customers’ audit and preparation.
- Monitor the incoming and outgoing shipment and operation issues.
- Plan and coordinate overtime arrangement when necessary.
- Ensure the workplace, equipment & storage area are well maintained.
- Assist on inquiries from the customers to support warehouse operations.
- Attending operation meetings with superior, if necessary, follow up and act on customer’s requests.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including conducting daily briefings.
- Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of warehouse operations by liaising between warehouse and office.
- Update incident and accident to superior as well as assist in the investigation. Provide reports with corrective and preventive action.
- Improve and comply with the safety and health standards in accordance with OSHA and customer requirements. Provide suggestions for risk reductions.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma in Logistic or related field.
- Min 4 years’ experience in related field.
- High sense of responsibility, able to work independently, prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Computer literate, good knowledge in WMS and Ms Excel.
- Able to drive a forklift and reach truck would be an added advantage.
- Can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Language Proficiency: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin. Mandarin is required for this position to handle Mandarin speaking clients.
