Kerja Kosong Housekeeping Executive in Kuala Lumpur

Description :

• Assist to control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materials at the work site
• Support in keeping records on customer interactions, transactions, comments and issues.
• Assist to provide best solution to resolve arising issues through discussions.

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Provide prompt response and customer support to customer inquiries
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating work at site on a daily basis
• Ensure adequate manpower is available at site
• Assist to carry out stock checks and placing order on equipment and material as required
• Arrange schedule for all cleaners and plan manpower utilization
• Manage documents for delivery, collections and ensure payment cheques are collect on a timely from client
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures on tasks execution.
• Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior.

Job Requirements
Possess at least Diploma in business administration, facility management or hospitality
1 year of overall combined facility management and custodial experience
Problem solving skill.
Ability to work as a team in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skill.
Good command in both English and Bahasa Melayu, in writing and speaking.
Sufficient understanding on business processes.
Reasonable computer skills – MS Office and database usage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
