- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver customer-focused, seamless solutions that help the business achieve its goals.
- Accurately and promptly process customer orders and inquiries.
- Inform the manager of any inconsistencies or problems as needed.
- Accountable and knowledgeable about track and trace mechanism.
- Any additional ad hoc tasks that the manager assign.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
