About the Job

  • The Recruitment Officer at Vivi Salon is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet the salon’s staffing needs. This role ensures a seamless and efficient hiring process, from identifying potential candidates to guiding them through the recruitment journey. The Recruitment Officer works closely with hiring managers to align candidates with Vivi Salon’s culture, values, and business requirements. Through a proactive approach and strong communication, the Recruitment Officer plays a key role in building a high-performing team that supports the salon’s success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify credentials.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and paperwork completion.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be a holder of a minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Must be experienced in recruiting Technical and administrative personnel
  • Proven proficiency in utilising ClickUp for project management.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis within ClickUp.
  • Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Basic understanding of job requirements for each position
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of what is happening in the labour market
  • Must be familiar with all recruitment trends prevalent in their vicinity
  • Must possess good communication skills and interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English

Work Environment:
This fully remote position has flexible hours to accommodate the executive’s schedule. Some availability outside standard business hours may be required for urgent tasks or international time zone coordination.

Job Type: Part-time
