Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commis to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and support kitchen operations.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation tasks under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
- Support menu planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures
- Aid in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in the food industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of fine dining practices is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with food service operations and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of menu planning and basic cooking techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
