JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review and monitor daily productivity at solvent and coolant recovery department and execute weekly production schedule to achieve the production goals with optimum manpower arrangement
- Conduct daily waste inspection and assist in preparing report for nonconformity incoming waste from customer
- Monitor the waste generation from production, execute weekly scheduled waste disposal schedule
- Ensure the waste generated and the recovery process are in compliance to safety and environmental regulations and policies
- Evaluate waste inventory level at storage area and promote FIFO control
- Troubleshoot the breakdown of equipment and machines, work with relevant teams for implementing solutions on process related problems with periodic preventive maintenance activities or repairing of equipment
- Evaluate existing process and drive for continuous improvement projects
- Conduct routine checks on cleanliness and condition of facilities and equipment and execute daily housekeeping and 5S activities
- Conduct daily inspection on the performance of air pollution control system and ensure periodic preventive maintenance in place
- Ensure the operation is in compliance to SOP, safety regulations and policies
- To carry out other duties assigned by your immediate superior and any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Proven at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
