Description :
- Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.

- Fresh graduates(diploma/degree) are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in banking sales background with proven track record; OR
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in non-banking sales background with proven track record
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well with a team and self-enthusiastic towards achievement of targets
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
- SPM with working experience in property & mortgage industry.
- Possess own Transport
- Self-starter, Outgoing & Sales-driven attitude
