Jawatan Kosong PERSONAL ASSISTANT in Sungai Petani
Description :
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar organization
- Arrange travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle emails, correspondence, and communication in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and document preparation
- Track and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
- Monitor email and important accounts for timely updates
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
