Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in monitoring daily outlet operation and administration, especially display, reports, stock count, merchandising and cleanliness;
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintain good relationship with all customers;
- Provide efficient after-sales service to the end users of company's products;
- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customers;
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork;
- Monitor team productivity;
- Other duties which assigned by The Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a SPM qualification with pleasant personality
- Possess good work ethics, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English, Malay, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
