Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare and manage sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when necessary.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• Bahasa (Preferred)
• Bahasa Melayu (Preferred)

Location:

• Genting Highlands (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
