Job Description

  • Assisting to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their logistics needs, including tracking shipments, managing orders, and answering inquiries.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery times, and any potential delays.
  • Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring they are entered accurately into the system.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered as per customer requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring the progress of orders and updating customers on the status of their shipments.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on their orders and to respond to any questions or concerns.
  • Assist liaise with internal teams, including warehouse, transport, and billing, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
  • Assist to prepare and deliver reports to customers and management on service performance and any issues that have arisen.
  • Proactively identify potential issues that may affect customer service and take steps to resolve them.
  • Work with the operations team to manage any disruptions in the supply chain and communicate the impact to customers.
  • Assist to handle customer claims and coordinate with the necessary departments to resolve them.
  • Ensure all customer interactions, orders, and issues are documented in the system.
  • Assist to prepare and submit regular reports on customer service activities, including metrics on response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer invoices and ensure that billing is accurate and timely.
  • Collect feedback from customers and provide insights to the operations and management teams to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of customer service and logistics operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.
  • Ensure that all customer service activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • A High School holder or degree/diploma holder in related field with experiences.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command in Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
