We’re expanding into Kuantan and are looking for an experienced, self-driven Solutions Consultant / Sales Executive to be part of our pioneer East Coast team. If you’re passionate about renewable energy, equipped with strong industry knowledge, and have a solid track record in sales or business development, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive direct revenue through consultative B2C sales.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and propose improvements to enhance profitability and service quality.
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to showcase solar solutions, ROI benefits, and energy efficiency, while delivering exceptional after-sales support.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by understanding client needs, addressing pain points, and building long-term relationships through guidance, support, and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and relevant government incentives/policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in solar PV sales, renewable energy, technical sales, or any related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Multilingual abilities (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or local dialects) are highly preferred for diverse customer and stakeholders engagement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with technical knowledge and able to learn products quickly.
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, and a great team player.
  • Possesses own transport and a valid driving license.
