✔Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above

• Proven work experience as an IT practitioner or related experience: outstanding experience

& technical management knowledge and computer hardware/software

• Ability to manage staff

• Good experience in retail

• Good communication skills

• Good at solving problems and making decisions especially in critical situations

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

✔ Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the daily operations of the Sales & IT department and use strategies for efficiency to analyze their needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives

• Manage Sales & IT staff through hiring, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and evaluating their performance

• To liaise with other departments on matters relating to Sales or It

• To maintain a harmonious workplace and good housekeeping

• Foster a positive work environment to reach employees' full potential

• Ensure updates and reports are on schedule

• Exercises high organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Advantage: knowledge in Wavelet Post System
