Description :

  • Issuance letter for Transfer, Redesignation, Change of reporting line, Confirmation, Resignation, Verification, Promotion, Salary increment/adjustments, Retirement, Contract offers.
  • To Keep track on probationers list, prepare the performance appraisal form accordingly & send the contract renewal form to all supervisors.
  • To prepare contract listing & retirees for renewal process, the performance appraisal form accordingly, Send the contract renewal form to superiors.
  • To Keep track on staff on age of 60, send email to staff in regards to changes on statutory contribution, update payroll on the changes accordingly.
  • Maintain payroll database, prepare bonus listing for approval, process payroll, prepare payroll report, statutory payment, 2nd payout to resignees.
  • To do EA preparation in system, Update benefit in kinds (if any), Update ESOS amount, Download the EA and email to all contracts.
  • To manage HRIS, Granting of replacement leaves for public holidays, Staff attendance update (if any), Staff leaves record update (if any). To update working calendar for staff in Plant.
  • Performance management. Prepare the performance review form, compile the rating for the company.
  • To address to petrol card matters, Registration of new card, termination of accounts, card replacements, manage petrol and account limit, to send the monthly statement to HODs for payment purpose.
  • Insurance (ASO/GHS/GPA/GTL) managements. Arrange for insurance renewal, dependents registration, Termination for resignees, staff movement updates, claim submission for (GHS/GPA/GTL).
  • To manage SOCSO claim, prepare documents, form, and claim submission.
  • Preparation for any angpow distributions.
  • Invoices preparation.
  • Balance Not Eligible - Invoice checking, salsry dedcutions, payments, invoice status vs SOA.
  • Fruit basket arrangements.
  • Hotel arrangements, Booking & LOU.
  • Third party administration agreements renewal.
  • ESS matters, issuance of letter, exercise process, liaise with Risk managements & Boradroom
  • Expatriates managements
  • To assist future and ongoing payroll projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
