- Malaysian citizen;
- At least a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or equivalent qualification;
- Experience in dormitory management with skills in communication and interaction with students, parents, and other staff members. Skills in conflict resolution and guidance are also required;
- Ability to plan and manage dormitory activities, including daily schedules, programmes, and problem-solving;
- Professional attitude, responsibility, and high integrity;
- Knowledge of and adherence to institutional policies and procedures as well as relevant laws;
