We're hiring one long-term, full-time, and proactive human resource assistant to grow our fast-growing education brands, LES Education Sdn Bhd and A Plus Edu Sdn Bhd with us.

Ideal Candidate

We want to work with candidates that have high level of (1) responsibility, (2) pro-activity, (3) critical thinking skills, (4) creativity, and (4) English communication skills. Relevant HR degree or experience is an advantage, but not a requirement, as comprehensive training will be provided. Proactive fresh graduates seeking to grow and work in a fast-growing education company are welcomed to apply for this position.

Both LES Education Sdn Bhd and A Plus Edu Sdn Bhd are leading online English education companies in Malaysia serving thousands of students each year from all over the country with more than 40 employees. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, affordable English education service for all.

Responsibilities of the Position

· Optimize our human resource management and update our human resource manuals.

· Plan for yearly events such as company overseas trip, Christmas celebration, Chinese New Year celebration and online and offline bonding sessions.

· Prepare for yearly performance review in January and February.

· Update organizational chart and employee work schedule.

· Help recruit employees via FB, Indeed and LinkedIn.

· Prepare birthday presents for all employees.

· Conduct employee satisfaction survey.

· Set up weekly management meeting.

· Keep track of employee KPI.

· Process leave application.

· Arrange for interviews.
