Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting materials and production functions.
- Leads order processing activities for major customer units.
- Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.
- Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order commitments, order expedites, and problem resolution.
- Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.
- Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product start-up initiatives or large customer programs.
- Coordinates with Master Planning Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.
- Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.
- Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
- Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.
- Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.
- May also support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.
- To liaise with marketing in fulfilling customer requirements & expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve the customer satisfaction continuously.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
