Kerja Kosong Material Coordinator Logistic in Labuan

Description :

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering or supply chain, logistics or in related field.
• Experience working with Oil & Gas industry

Responsibilities:

Material Planning & Coordination

• Review material requirements from project engineer based on project schedules, work packs, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory executive and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Assist logistic and inventory executive for forecast and plan material needs for upcoming project phases.

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming materials and equipment at warehouse.
• Verify delivery against purchase orders, packing lists, and material certificates.
• Coordinate with yard supervisor for material inspections, testing and approvals.

Storage & Inventory Management

• Assist logistic and inventory executive for maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist logistic and inventory for conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

Logistics Management

• Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with customs and company policies.
• Review delivery orders, packing lists, and other logistics documents.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good coordination and managing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

• Material Coordination: 2 years (Required)
