Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and administrative processes within the real estate sector.
  • Provide support in executing and managing sales activities as well as facilities-related functions.
  • Maintain an organized office system, including effective data management and filing practices.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, letters, and packages with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a well-structured, efficient, and organized office environment.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or related functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Salesforce or Tableau is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in the real estate industry or project management is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently with strong self-discipline.
  • Below 30 years old.
  • Active on social media and comfortable engaging and interacting with people.
  • Preferably a female Chinese candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
