Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and administrative processes within the real estate sector.
- Provide support in executing and managing sales activities as well as facilities-related functions.
- Maintain an organized office system, including effective data management and filing practices.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, letters, and packages with professionalism and efficiency.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a well-structured, efficient, and organized office environment.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or related functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Salesforce or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Experience in the real estate industry or project management is a plus.
- Must be able to work independently with strong self-discipline.
- Below 30 years old.
- Active on social media and comfortable engaging and interacting with people.
- Preferably a female Chinese candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
