Jawatan Kosong Operation Support Full Time in Kuala Lumpur

Description :

Job Responsibilities:-

• Provide training to housekeeping attendants on cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Supervise staff on a daily basis to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct inspections of office spaces and common areas, such as stairways and lounges, to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Delegate housekeeping tasks to staff and review their work to ensure it meets established cleanliness criteria.
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

REQUIREMENTS

• Work experience as a Housekeeping
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or equivalent education is required.; additional qualifications will be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
