Job Description:
- Generate and issue central purchase orders to suppliers
- Ensure the accuracy of listed product cost and updating prices
- Oversee and update purchase promotions (trade offers) provided by suppliers
- Communicate with supplier to address any pricing, purchase order and cost related issues.
- Work closely with merchandising team to ensure smooth and efficient ordering processes, accurate cost update, and effective promotion implementation.
- Perform any other duties that assigned by superior
- Prepare Inter-Branch Transfer (IBT) documents for stock transfers between Distribution Centre (DC) outlet
Job Requirement:
- At least with SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or similar
- At least 1-2 years' experience in Admin/Merchandising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and ERP System
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
