Kerja Kosong ADMIN EXECUTIVE in Labuan
Description :
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare, process, and maintain operational documents such as job orders, delivery orders, service reports, and work schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and customers on operational matters
- Monitor and update operations schedules, manpower deployment, and job status
- Prepare operational reports, summaries, and records for management review
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and related operational documentation
- Track operational costs, expenses, and supporting documents
- Maintain proper filing of operational records (physical & digital)
- Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
