Job Details

Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday, Saturday (Alternate)
Working Hours: 9.30 am – 6.00 pm
Location: Lot 2497, Dataran Kowamas, Jalan Raja Perempuan Zainab II, 16100 Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, manage online sales channels, and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and able to optimize both digital campaigns and offline marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand presence.
• Manage and grow sales on social media and e-commerce platforms
• Plan, implement, and optimize online campaigns, promotions, and sale activities.
• Monitor online store performance, pricing, product listings, reviews, and customer engagement.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Participate in and manage outdoor events, roadshows, collaborations, or sports activities as required.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with management to plan marketing direction, branding, and sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or F&B industries.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing platforms and e-commerce operations.
• Leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
