Jawatan Kosong Account Clerk in Kuching
Description :
- Record and update daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
- Maintain accurate ledgers, cash book, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Issue invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
- Update and reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Handle petty cash and staff claims.
- Assist in preparing trial balances and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments regarding payments and billings.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
