About the Role
We are looking for friendly and energetic Retail Assistants (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our team at Parkson Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru. You will assist customers, manage stock, and ensure the outlet is well-presented while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Assist in sales and achieving outlet targets
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the outlet
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
Salary & Benefits
- Full-Time: RM1,700 – RM2,000
- Part-Time: Starting from RM8.72/hour
