Description :
- Provide administrative support to Trucking outbound loading & delivery operations
- Responsible for outbound registration counter
- Manage the daily documentation of loading & delivery
- Delivery management - Database, documentation of loading & delivery
- Office facilities & Equipment maintenance, log book, etc
- Support billing, report, general administrative supplies, etc
- Able to work shift & overtime, includes Public Holiday & Weekend. Familiar with EXCEL
- High sense of responsibility, urgency, teamwork & strong commitment to the job assignment.
