Responsibilities:

• Developing New Business: undertake market research & observation to identify new business opportunities, define and execute business plans and strategies to achieve penetration & revenue objectives.
• Responsible for driving business growth by developing new business and new ways to grow revenue of indentified channel type.
• To be responsible to initiate contacts, leads and managing appointments with potential clients.
• Bid Preparation: formulate, prepare and present proposals for new bids including strategic, business and deal structuring aspects and collaborate with the related teams to develop winning bids for targeted account.
• To renew contractual customer and provide support to the operation team (if any)
• To have monthly WIP meeting with key customer to align sales performance, discuss promotion plan and new product listing.
• Provide support to TMM in other related business development and trade activation activities

Requirements:

· Good interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in wholesaler, Independent Super and TT chain outlets

· Degree in Marketing/Business Management with at least 2 years relevant experience however those with relevant working experience with least qualification will also be considered.

· Good command of English and possess own transport.

• Fast learner and result driven personalities with high level of initiative, accountability and the passion to grow the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business Development: 2 years (Preferred)
