Jawatan Kosong Internship for Building Maintenance in Sungai Petani
Description :
Assist superior on below task:
- Inspection of Mechanical & Electrical equipment on a daily basis
- Preventive planning on the future operations of equipment and defect rectification
- Repairing and servicing of the air-conditioning system
- Record and report all faults, deficiencies and any other unusual occurrences
- Inspection, repairing & servicing include day to day operations of the car park system
- Able to do plumbing & sanitary works assigned.
- Able to prepare/ plan for material & pulling cabling for minor electrical works
- Upkeep the store and maintenance room
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
