Job Title: Makeup Consultant

Location: Watson IOI Putrajaya , Watson Alamanda & Watson Dpulze Cyberjaya

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and passionate Makeup Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of makeup products and techniques, a keen eye for beauty trends, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for providing personalized makeup consultations, demonstrating products, and helping clients feel confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional makeup consultations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
• Recommend and demonstrate makeup products and application techniques
• Stay up to date with current beauty trends, tools, and product knowledge
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of makeup tools and workstations
• Assist with product sales and achieve individual or team sales targets
• Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store demonstrations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Makeup Consultant, Makeup Artist, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of makeup products, skin tones, and application techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events if required
• Certification in makeup artistry is a plus, but not required
