About Us
KhanMobile is a fast-growing mobile retail and repair business specializing in iPhones, trade-ins, and repair services. We operate multiple branches and are expanding.
We are looking for a hands-on HR (Operations Executive) who can manage staff, handle recruitment and ensure smooth daily operations across branches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end hiring process (job posting, screening, interview, onboarding)
- Ensure sufficient manpower across all branches
- Continuously build a pipeline of candidates
2. Staff Management & Scheduling
- Prepare and manage staff schedules across branches
- Handle attendance, MC, leave applications
- Coordinate staff rotation between branches
3. Training & Staff Development
- Conduct basic training for new hires (sales, SOP, discipline)
- Monitor staff performance during probation
- Assist in evaluating and testing staff
4. Operations Support (On Ground)
- Visit branches regularly to monitor staff performance
- Ensure SOP compliance and discipline
- Identify weak staff and report issues
5. HR Administration
- Handle staff documentation (contracts, confirmation, warning letters)
- Maintain proper employee records
- Support management in HR-related matters
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in HR, retail operations or similar role
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Able to handle recruitment and staff discipline
- Hands-on and willing to travel between branches
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Who We Want
- Someone who can control, manage and develop people not an admin
- Not a desk-based HR — must be willing to go on-ground
- Able to handle pressure and solve staff-related issues
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
