Ajiya Safety Glass Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and innovative glass manufacturing company committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company KPI.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between product offerings and market demand.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities and results.
• Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or Engineering
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in glass manufacturing
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel to Johor and other states of Malaysia
