Jawatan Kosong Operation Admin Executive in Kota Kinabalu
Description :
Koo Brothers Food Industries Sdn Bhd is a food manufacturing company with 20+ years of history in manufacturing & distributing fresh tofu and grass jelly dessert. We are a growing company venturing into other product categories and markets.
Working hours: Monday - Saturday (8am - 5pm)
Location: Lok Kawi, Kota Kinabalu
Responsibilities:
- Assist operation manager in their daily tasks
- Onboard & off-boarding employees (preparing employment letter, managing employee records, etc.)
- Issue POs when necessary and follow up until delivery completion (raw materials, spare parts of production machines, etc.)
- Enforce administrative procedures
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by company directors
- Assist in drafting and executing company policies
- Assist in regulatory compliance (MeSTI, HALAL, JKKP, etc.)
- and other miscellaneous tasks related to our food manufacturing processes.
Minimum requirements:
- 1 year experience in relevant position & fields
- Diploma in any subjects
- MUST be able to work independently
- Fluency in Mandarin & English is preferred
