Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Retail Assistant to manage daily operations at our Bayu Somerset outlet in IOI City Mall, Putrajaya for a 3-month contract period. If you have a flair for fashion and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and engage with customers on the sales floor
- Operate POS system and manage transactions
- Maintain store presentation, including folding and visual standards
- Provide fitting room assistance and product knowledge
- Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries
- Replenish stock on the floor based on inventory data
- Perform daily stock counts and assist in stockroom organization
- Fulfill and prepare online customer orders (if applicable)
- Execute weekly task checklists and store SOPs
- Promote services such as : Ship To Customer, Loyalty Programme, Order Pick-Up Incentive
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Experience in retail is a plus (fashion retail preferred)
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to handle fast-paced retail environment
Reporting to:
Area Manager / Outlet Manager
